Return PoliciesYou may return new and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will not refund any items after 7 days of delivery. You have to email our store, Frank's Basement, before returning any products and explaining the reason for the return. Items should be returned in their original and unused condition, in their original product packaging and with the original tags. Once we receive the return it will be reinspected accordingly and only then the refund will be applied. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restock fee. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Used products and products that were purchased on clearance are not returnable. Refund checks could take 15-30 days to process. |

Bullszi is working on a new customized Mall platform. This new system will give sellers a faster and more efficient way to run their stores and list their products.
Buyers will have also a better and faster way to find and shop for products.
Bullszi has been using this experimental platform to acquire information and comments from it's users so we can better expand our services.
